MarinEyes is a comprehensive eye care center that has grown, over 60 years, in a tradition of excellence, respect for the confidence placed in us by our patients, and a committment to implementing the most current, proven technologies in service of these principles.
While we specialize and are highly experienced with Cataract, Laser Vision Correction (LASIK) and glaucoma, much of our practice consists of preventive eye care and examinations as well as treatment of medical and surgical eye conditions. Our years of experience and continuing education are dedicated to improving your vision and improving your quality of life.
Our team consists of carefully selected board certified ophthalmologists, anesthesiologists and optometrists. Registered nurses, opticians and ophthalmic and surgical technicians round out the team. The medical and administrative staff work together to serve each patient's eye care needs. It takes teamwork to perform our mission of providing excellence in eye care.

- Glaucoma: Evaluation, diagnosis, medical and laser treatments (SLT, ALT, YAG iridotomy), surgical glaucoma treatment
- Comprehensive Eye Care: Routine exams, eyeglass prescriptions, contact lenses and the care of most common eye conditions (inflammations, infections, vision problems, etc)
- Two Optical Shops: Located in the office lobby, we carry over 600 frames from value-priced to designer eyewear, sunglasses, all kinds of eyeglass lenses, edging lab, and contact lenses
- Two Surgery Centers: AAAHC Certified Ambulatory Surgery Canter (Lumenis YAG, SLT glaucoma and Solid State Diode lasers) in San Rafael and Horizon Laser Center (VISX Star Laser) at our Novato office location. You don't have to leave Marin for your LASIK!
